Joe has been coaching for 12+ years, with a background in martial arts, rock climbing, and BMX that naturally led him into handstands and movement practice.
What started as helping climbers get stronger quickly grew into a passion for teaching strength, mobility, and the art of movement. He’s trained under some of the most respected teachers in the field, learning from Ido Portal, Juan Rueda, and Tom Weksler, and refining his handstand practice with Yuval Ayalon and Juan Rueda.
At M4, Joe focuses on strength, handstands, and mobility, always with an emphasis on the practice mindset: curiosity, patience, and consistency. His approach helps students build skills that don’t just show up in training, but in how they live, move, and carry themselves outside the gym.
