Jackson Lennan

Movement4 was started in 2019 by Jackson Lennan. After working as a Personal Trainer for 12 years and under his own brand of Lennan Fitness for 9 years, Jackson felt he no longer wanted to fit the mould of the current ‘fitness’ industry and made the shift to identifying as a Movement Coach under the banner of Movement4.

As well as working full-time as a coach since 2007, Jackson has completed a Bachelor of Science majoring in Musculoskeletal Therapy and trained under the best Movement Coaches in the world – Ido Portal, Roye Goldschmidt, and Harry Williams.
