What to Expect

Expect a mix of gymnastics elements, strength training, loaded stretching, and smart programming to build both capability and control. Each 60-minute session is broken into three key parts:

Warm-Up (15 min)

Focused on joint prep, shoulder opening, and muscle activation to prime your body for training.

Strength Block (25 min)

Work on push and pull strength—both bent arm (push-ups, rows, chin ups) and straight arm (scapula control, levers, planche). Includes progressions for all levels.

Conditioning (10–15 min)

Higher-rep movements for endurance, hypertrophy, and a solid burn to finish off the session.
