At Movement4, we take a truly holistic approach to health and fitness. Our method is built on four core pillars: Movement, Stress Management, Nutrition, and Sleep.
Unlike traditional gyms that focus solely on aesthetics, we prioritize long-term well-being and sustainable results. Physical transformation is a natural byproduct of our comprehensive approach—not the sole focus. Movement training is all about exploring the full potential of the human body. At Movement4, that means everything from joint preparation for the wrists, shoulders, hips, knees, and spine, to strength training, handstands, flow work, and even movement-based games that keep things fun and engaging.
We focus on the little things most people skip—because that’s where real, lasting progress happens. You’ll find a mix of upper body strength, and lower body strength, alongside elements of yoga and Pilates to help build mobility, stability, and control. It’s a complete approach to feeling better, moving better, and performing better in everyday life.
Absolutely—we love beginners. At Movement 4, everyone trains together, regardless of experience level. We don’t believe in dividing classes by ability. Instead, we foster an inclusive environment where all skill levels, backgrounds, and body types are welcome.
Whether you’re just starting out and can’t quite touch your toes yet, or you’re working on advanced skills, we meet you where you are. Every movement has a progression, and we tailor the experience so that everyone can train safely, confidently, and effectively—together.

It’s never about pushing through pain. Instead, we focus on helping you understand and listen to your body. Through thoughtful progressions and personalized guidance, we’ll help you move safely, rebuild strength, and restore confidence in your movement—at your own pace.
We recommend a minimum of two sessions per week, which is why our base membership includes two group classes. With that level of consistency, we can confidently say you’ll start seeing real progress.
That said, our programming is intentionally designed to support training 4–6 times per week without overtraining or burnout. The more consistently you show up, the faster you’ll see results—but it all starts with just twice a week.
